Available 24/7
Our chaplain can be called upon at any time during a crisis. While we will endeavor to arrive as quickly as possible, it is our policy that the chaplain will arrive on site within 24 hours.

Our chaplain broadens support by connecting individuals with preferred clergy or licensed therapists.
Lead services and small groups
As requested by leadership, our chaplain can lead prayer meetings, small groups, worship services, memorial services and company events.

Our chaplain creates safe spaces through compassionate listening. We strive to help individuals feel valued and supported before situations escalate into larger issues.
What we won't do
Our chaplain will not interfere with work responsibilities, force conversations or promote a specific religion or doctrine.

Our chaplain can support HR and leadership with difficult conversations to help ensure compassion and institutional integrity. We can provide post-termination assistance when requested.

Meet the Chaplain
Jon Cuozzo has worked in ministry and chaplaincy for over 25 years in Northwest Indiana. His background includes serving as a senior pastor, pastoral counselor, hospice chaplain, spiritual care coordinator and bereavement coordinator.
He has experience in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, grief, burnout, addiction, financial struggles, relationship challenges, and workplace concerns such as harassment-related issues.
Jon’s approach is centered on listening without judgment, building trusting relationships, and maintaining appropriate confidentiality, to help employees navigate difficult situations with greater resilience and hope.

Is workplace chaplaincy a religious service?
Our chaplain provides support without forcing conversations or promoting a specific religion or doctrine. Support is offered respectfully, according to each employee's needs and preferences.
Are conversations with the chaplain confidential?
Yes, all conversations with the chaplain are confidential as long as the information shared will not cause harm to the individual, others, or the company.
Will chaplaincy interfere with the daily production of the company?
No, our chaplain works around workplace schedules and responsibilities. We will seek direction from management as to when the best times are to have conversations with employees.
Is chaplaincy available if a crisis happens after hours?
Yes. Our chaplain is available 24/7 to provide support during crises, including grief, family emergencies, and other difficult circumstances.
Does the chaplain provide licensed mental health services?
No, our chaplain offers compassionate listening, encouragement, guidance, and coping strategies. When additional support is needed, the chaplain can help connect individuals with a licensed therapist or their preferred local clergy.
